Recording a payment

Record a payment
  • Cash, UPI, bank transfer, card terminal, cheque or other
  • Partial payments, and payments split across invoices
  • Refunds and reversals, each with a reason

Payer claims

Patients can pay by scanning a UPI QR code scoped to the exact balance owed, and can submit a payment reference from their side. That claim never changes a balance on its own; staff verify it before it counts.
