Three roles
Caresoft has three roles, and each one sees only what it needs.
| Role | Primary goal | Entry point |
|---|---|---|
| Psychologist | Run the practice: patients, bookings, assessments, notes, billing | /dashboard |
| Patient | Book, complete assessments, join sessions, see progress | /portal |
| Platform administrator | Manage psychologist accounts and plans | /admin (internal) |
One record, start to finish
A booking request becomes an appointment, an appointment can carry an assessment and a consultation, and every consultation can add to the patient timeline and a billing charge. Nothing has to be re-entered at the next step.
- Book: a patient requests a time, or you create one directly
- Assess: send a questionnaire, review the score
- Consult: hold the session, with notes and an optional Meet link
- Document: write or review an AI-assisted note
- Track: everything lands on the patient's timeline
- Follow up: pending work surfaces automatically
