Three roles

Caresoft has three roles, and each one sees only what it needs.

RolePrimary goalEntry point
PsychologistRun the practice: patients, bookings, assessments, notes, billing/dashboard
PatientBook, complete assessments, join sessions, see progress/portal
Platform administratorManage psychologist accounts and plans/admin (internal)

One record, start to finish

A booking request becomes an appointment, an appointment can carry an assessment and a consultation, and every consultation can add to the patient timeline and a billing charge. Nothing has to be re-entered at the next step.

  1. Book: a patient requests a time, or you create one directly
  2. Assess: send a questionnaire, review the score
  3. Consult: hold the session, with notes and an optional Meet link
  4. Document: write or review an AI-assisted note
  5. Track: everything lands on the patient's timeline
  6. Follow up: pending work surfaces automatically
